The price and the hotel is near all types of shopping and restaurants.
The pillows were too hard so I didn't sleep that well and the room was not as clean as it should have been.
The pictures on the website did not fit the real room. The deluxe king size room and the king size room were the same when I got there.
Updated rooms, good wifi, friendly staff and very inexpensive.
Room had an odd smell. Red Roof Inn adds a "safe fee" of $1.50 per night to your bill whether you use the safe or not, and you have to ask for it to be taken off when you check out. This is an obnoxious practice meant to fool people who aren't paying attention.
Very good value for the price. Coveniently located to shopping areas and restaurants. Great if you're looking for somewhere decent to sleep for a good price.
They could have more comfy pillows and there were some little ants on the bathroom floor.
Very clean, comfortable room with all the amenities. I was quite surprised at how good the room was, considering the price. I would definitely stay here again.
A lot of noise in the parking lot during all three nights I stayed there. Car alarms going off at regular intervals, people talking. It seemed to be a place for local young people to congregate, or something.
It was convenient from the freeway and close to where I needed to be the next morning.
I really HATE!!!!!!!!!! the idea of you adding $1.50 for the safe even if it isn't used, then refusing to take it off the bill and making customers wait for it to be refunded. Why do you do that? Do you have too many customers and you just want to get rid of them, or what? This is really offensive! And for what? $1.50? Do you really think this ripoff is worth it? They also said their computers were down, so they assigned me a room. When I went to check out, they had put me in a king room for $20 more that I didn't agree to, then tried to lay a guilt trip on me for coomplaining about it. I am VERY dissatisfied and don't plan to return to Red Roof Inn again. Take your little scam and your slight of hand elsewhere!
